If you booked a bus ticket through RutaLink and need help with:
- Booking confirmations or finding your ticket
- Refunds, cancellations, or schedule changes
- Updating contact information on a reservation
- Trip tracking links that aren't loading
- SMS opt-out (you can also reply STOP to any text)
Email hello@rutalink.cloud with your booking reference and we'll forward it to the operator running your trip.
For drivers using the RutaLink Driver app
If you're a driver using the RutaLink Driver app (iOS or Android), reach out for:
- Sign-in issues or expired invite links
- The app not showing your assigned trip
- Location tracking turning off in the background
- Crashes, freezes, or unexpected logouts
- Device-specific battery or performance concerns
Email hello@rutalink.cloud and include your operator name, the trip you were on, and your device model. If you have a screenshot or short screen recording, attach it — that triages the issue much faster.
For bus operators
If your company runs trips on RutaLink and you need help with:
- Adding or removing dispatchers, drivers, or admins
- Configuring SMS, email, or payment integrations
- Custom domains or subdomain routing
- Charter envelopes, contracts, or signature workflows
- Billing, invoicing, or account changes

Found something that looks broken or a security concern? We want to hear it.

- Security disclosures: Email hello@rutalink.cloud with the subject line SECURITY. Please do not post vulnerability details publicly until we've had a chance to respond.
